- Landvex AB, org.nr 559141-7042, Tyresö, Sweden ("Landvex EU") — data controller for individuals in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
- Landvex Inc., a Texas corporation, Houston, TX, USA ("Landvex US") — data controller for individuals in North America

2. Scope
This Policy explains how Landvex processes personal data when:
- (a) operating landvex.com and responding to enquiries
- (b) providing decision-intelligence products to organisations
- (c) processing field-observation data sourced from the quiXzoom network that may contain personal data of third parties

4. Field imagery safeguards
Landvex applies the following safeguards to field-observation data:
- (a) Data minimisation — analysis is scoped to physical assets and locations, not individuals
- (b) Obscuration — automated blurring of faces and vehicle registration plates [implementation status subject to confirmation]
- (c) Purpose limitation — imagery is used for place-level intelligence only; no individual profiling
- (d) Retention limits — as described in §8 below
- (e) Right to object — available as described in §7 below
5. Recipients
Personal data may be shared with:
- Customers (under a data processing agreement or controller-to-controller terms)
- Sub-processors (see the Sub-processor Register)
- quiXzoom Inc. (data source, under a data sharing agreement)
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) bound by confidentiality obligations
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Data may be transferred between Landvex AB (Sweden) and Landvex Inc. (USA) and to sub-processors in third countries. EEA transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary technical and organisational measures.
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise any right, contact: privacy@landvex.com.
If you are located in Sweden or the EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority: IMY (imy.se).
8. Retention
- Business contact data: duration of relationship + 3 years
- Website data: 12 months
- Field imagery: subject to legal review — will be confirmed before commercial launch
