Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms govern use of landvex.com and all Landvex services provided by:

• Landvex AB, org.nr 559141-7042, Tyresö, Sweden — for customers in the EEA and internationally
• Landvex Inc., a Texas corporation, Houston, TX, USA — for customers in North America

References to "Landvex", "we", "us", or "our" mean the applicable Landvex entity. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or organisation accessing or using our services.

2. Services

Landvex provides decision-intelligence products based on field-observation data and AI analysis. All intelligence outputs are analytical signals, not statements of fact. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Outputs labelled "illustrative" or "sample" are not live data and must not be used for operational decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to identify specific individuals from intelligence outputs
• Use outputs for discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful purposes
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw data or intelligence outputs without prior written consent
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access controls

4. Intellectual property

All Landvex intelligence outputs, methodologies, models, software, and platform IP are owned by or licensed to Landvex. Your use of the services does not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond the limited licence to access and use the services as described in your service agreement.

Field-observation data is licensed by Landvex from quiXzoom Inc. under a separate data sharing agreement. quiXzoom Inc. retains all rights in such data.

5. Disclaimer

Intelligence outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Landvex makes no warranty — express or implied — of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Market conditions, physical changes, and data latency may affect the currency of outputs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Landvex's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the amounts paid by you to Landvex in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall Landvex be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing law

• EEA customers: Swedish law applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
• US customers: Texas law applies (excluding conflict-of-law principles). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Houston, TX, USA.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
