Sub-processor Register
Landvex engages the following sub-processors in connection with the delivery of its services. This register is maintained in accordance with Article 28 GDPR and updated when sub-processors are added, changed, or removed.

Notice of changes: Customers operating under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Landvex will receive at least 30 days' prior notice of any material changes to this register. To object to a new sub-processor, contact privacy@landvex.com.
Definitions
Sub-processor means any third party engaged by Landvex to process personal data on behalf of Landvex's customers in connection with the provision of Landvex services.
EU SCCs means the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data to third countries (2021 version), including relevant modules and supplementary measures.
